Acheron is a Lightning Nihility character best suited as a main DPS for the team. She's quite strong, but requires to have 2 other Nihility characters in the team to fully maximize her damage at E0.

Best Cavern Relics

(2) Increases DMG dealt to enemies with debuffs by 12%.
(4) Increases CRIT Rate by 4%. The wearer deals 8%/12% increased CRIT DMG to enemies with at least 2/3 debuffs. After the wearer inflicts a debuff on enemy targets, the aforementioned effects increase by 100%, lasting for 1 turn(s).
Best set for Acheron assuming full stacks on the debuff requirement which is easily met anyway with her team which is usually composed of other Nihility characters.
(2) Increases CRIT Rate by 8%.
(4) Increases DMG dealt by Skill and Ultimate by 20%. After using Ultimate, additionally increases the DMG dealt by the next Skill by 25%.
Great alternative and consistent set that does require special conditions.
(2) Increases Lightning DMG by 10%.
(4) When the wearer uses their Skill, increases the wearer's ATK by 20% for 1 turn(s).
Still a good option if you don't have the sets above.

Best Planar Ornaments

(2) Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When entering battle, if at least one other ally follows the same Path as the wearer, then the wearer's CRIT Rate increases by 12%.
Fully utilized by Acheron since she requires to be paired with other Nihility characters.

Generally aim for 134 SPD, unless your teammates allow you to fill Acheron's ultimate fast. ATK% is also preferrable for her Sphere because of a significant amount of DMG Bonus from her kit and LC, giving her a significant DMG multiplier already so mathematically it's more beneficial to get more ATK.

Each time the wearer attacks, this effect can only trigger 1 time on each target. The wearer deals 24~40% increased DMG to targets afflicted with Mirage Fizzle, and the DMG dealt by Ultimate additionally increases by 24~40%.

Increase the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8~16%. The wearer deals 24~48% more CRIT DMG to enemies that are currently Slowed or have reduced DEF.
Provides CRIT Rate and conditional CRIT DMG which might be a little restrictive with teammates to get the effect.
